We are located in the Lorcan community centre in Santry. Our class times are wednesday 7-8.30 and saturday 4-5 so come on down and join in the action!

All you need to bring is a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothes like tracksuit bottoms/shorts and a t-shirt!



Exercise of the Month: "300" workout"

25 pull ups
50 deadlifts @half body weight
50 pressups
50 box jumps @ 24" box/chair
50 leg raises in bench press position with half body weight
50 single arm clean and jerk with 10% body weight
25 pull ups

After training it is important to eat properly, muscle regrowth is important and is sped up by eating protein such as white meat, fish, eggs, nuts, cheese and milk. Fruits are a great way of absorbing minerals, nutrients and water. you must eat healthy as well as training hard!
